Ultimate Frisbee in Whitefield, Bengaluru — The Premium Turf You've Been Looking For
You've got your disc, your crew, and the energy. All you need is the right ground.
Whether you're organising a Sunday pickup session, a corporate disc day for your IT team, or a competitive hat tournament in east Bengaluru — finding a flat, open, premium turf in Whitefield has never been easier.
Welcome to 3lok Football Fitness Hub — Whitefield's only multi-format sports venue built for the kind of full-field Ultimate Frisbee that Bengaluru's disc community deserves.
Why Ultimate Frisbee is Booming in Bengaluru
Bengaluru's Ultimate Frisbee scene has exploded since 2021. According to Ultimate Players Association of India (UPAI) — the national governing body for the sport — India now has thousands of registered players, and Bengaluru alone hosts 18 active club teams.
Teams like Learning to Fly (L2F), Team Disc'iples, and TIKS represent a growing grassroots movement — and they all need a reliable, open-field venue to train, play, and compete.
In east Bengaluru — covering Whitefield, Marathahalli, ITPL, Mahadevapura, and KR Puram — the demand for a premium, bookable disc-friendly turf has outpaced supply. Until now.
Why 3lok Football Fitness Hub Is Whitefield's Best Ultimate Frisbee Venue
Most turfs in Bengaluru are designed around football and turn away frisbee groups or can't support an open-field layout. 3lok is different.
Full 11v11 Open Turf — Regulation-Ready for Ultimate
Our full 11v11 turf provides the open rectangular space that a proper Ultimate Frisbee end zone layout demands — with ample run-off room, clear sidelines, and a smooth, safe playing surface.
Need multiple sessions running simultaneously? Our adjustable turf dividers let you configure 8v8 or 6v6 zones for warm-ups, drills, or smaller casual disc games alongside the main field.
Premium Washrooms, Hot Showers & Changing Rooms — A Game-Changer for Disc Players
This is where 3lok separates itself from every other Bengaluru turf. After a high-intensity Ultimate session — layouts, bids, full-field sprints — your players need more than a tap and a bucket.
Hot showers — warm, consistent pressure for post-game recovery
Premium washrooms — clean, hotel-grade, with regular maintenance
Dedicated changing rooms — separate, secure, and spacious
Ample parking — no scramble for spots, even for a 20-person disc group
Physio & coaching room — ideal for tournament organisers running structured events
For IT corporate disc events, this matters enormously. Professionals can drive from their Whitefield tech park, play a full session, shower, change, and return to the office — or head out for a team dinner. No compromise on comfort.
Prime Location on ITPL Main Road — Easily Accessible from All of East Bengaluru
Situated on ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, 3lok is minutes away from Bengaluru's densest tech corridor — Prestige Tech Park, RMZ EcoWorld, Bagmane Tech Park, and EPIP Zone. Teams from Marathahalli, KR Puram, Mahadevapura, and Brookefield can reach us in under 20 minutes.
